Spring Coaching Group Forming
Are you feeling a bit depleted from your family-creating journey so far? Come join the "Spring Fertility Coaching Group" to learn simple, proven strategies that will help you to manage the emotional extremes of this time and help you to communicate more effectively to yourself and others. This group experience will provide you a place to connect with other women who know how you are feeling at this time and learn amazing mind, body and soul balancing techniques from Kristen and her associates
The "Spring Fertility Coaching Group" will run for three months and the group will meet at Merchant's Square, 68 Tupper Road 5A, East Sandwich, MA

Strategies to Manage the Emotional Extremes:
Kristen will share proven strategies to implement immediately that will take the charge out of the myriad of feelings some women often experience. Kim Blanc will share a beautiful meditation & yoga positions to help move through the waves of emotions.

Springing forward with Joy:
April's Spring Coaching Group will focus on cultivating joy, developing or redesigning a fertility game plan and keeping hope and faith alive during this challenging time.

Giving Birth to Your Dreams:
May's Spring Coaching Group will focus Mother's Day coping strategies, uncovering your heart's desires and developing you individual practice of nurturing.
